To be honest, I’ve never thought of getting any supplement drinks before because…
- It’s (relatively) expensive to drink it in the long run,
- You need to consume it consistently to see and maintain the effects,
- And I’m in many ways actually afraid that it might be just a gimmick or psychological placebo effect…
…but I start to feel the mid-20’s approaching me, and my metabolism isn’t as fast as before. Though, pimples and acne still plagues me now and then as if I was having puberty. ?
My gf, Ms Pan Asian, had always been finding ways to up her beauty regime. She bought her first drink supplement and found the effects significant upon finishing a whole box of 10.
That’s when I started taking more notice on Kinohimitsu. ?
BB Drink
Most of us have difficulty achieving flawless skin, let alone maintaining it.
A delicate rosy sheen? Forget about it! Especially in this hot and humid tiny red dot – Singapore. The only way to achieve it is to be either blessed with good skin or spending money on facials and aesthetics.
Well, you could always cheat by applying makeup…
The BB drink isn’t the first supplement I got from Kinohimitsu, but so far, it’s the best out of all 3 supplements that I’ve tried. It’s so good that I purchased a 30-days supply after I finished my first box of BB drink (which had 10 bottles).
TAKE MY MONEEYYYY~~~ ??
I can totally see a difference in my skin’s texture and it also helps in the recovery of pimples after taking 6-7 bottles consecutively every night before I sleep. I’ve yet to achieve the rosy cheeks stated in their website, but I’m happy with the effects (Ms Pan Asian did acheive the rosy cheeks though).
I also feel that it actually helps in the quality of my sleep. I tend to sleep better after I started taking the BB drink – but I’m not sure if it’s due to the fact that my schedule is filled to the brim recently. My friends, however, didn’t experience any difference in the area of sleep.
Here’s what the BB Drink contains (or at least what it claims to):
Hydrolysed Bird’s Nest (Japan-patented ingredient with sialic acid that’s 200 times higher than royal jelly), amino acids and minerals which are essential to promote skin cell regeneration, enhance skin healing and promote youthful-looking skin.
Chicken Cartilage (a source of hyaluronic acid, HA) keeps skin hydrated. Maintains the balance of water and oil in the skin, helping skin to look smoother and more hydrated.
Fermented Yeast (a source of CoQ10) functions to replenish the depleted CoQ10 level in our body. Increase collagen and elastin production in the skin and promote skin cell turnover. Re-activates other antioxidants e.g. vitamin C and E that are crucial to healthy, glowing skin.
Acerola Cherry has 32 times greater amount of Vitamin C than in oranges. Aids in the re-mineralisation of tired and stressed skin.
Rice Bran Ceramide has a moisture-locking effect. Soothe acne and reduce skin inflammation.
Collagen Expert Pack
My first supplement from Kinohimitsu was during a purchase-with-purchase promotion at Wastons. Lol!
I’ve actually no intention to purchase it and didn’t even notice it until the cashier (it was a guy somemore!) QUICKLY grabbed it and told me:
“You’re entitled to purchase-with-purchase. This one a lot of girls buy one. Last box! You want?”
LAST BOX! The magic words.
I didn’t even know what it does other than figuring out that it must be good since it has the word collagen – plus Ms Pan Asian was raving about Kinohimitsu!
To be honest, I was a bit disappointment because I didn’t see much effect after completing the whole box.
Not sure if it’s because I’ve yet to reach the age where I need collagen supplements, or because that it’s just a trial set with a mixture of different collagen drinks – that’s why it’s not “enough” to see any results.
J’pan BustUp Drink
I actually pretty damn skeptical about this one especially when I’m already in my 20s where puberty is more or less “over”.
Then again, it’s one of the cheaper supplements (having legit branding) in the market. But since its BB drink really works so well, I thought.. why not give it a try?
It contain familiar main ingredients like Green Papaya and Pueraria Mirifica Root Xxtract that’s used in many (if not, all) bust enhancement products.
Maybe it doesn’t really increase your bust size (真的满夸张 if it does), but I guess it will at least help to firm up your boobs, making it more perky.
Actually, I find the way they portray their message quite amusing. ? It seems like the trick to get the maximum increase is to start drinking from the age of 15 – 21 – but I’m already over the range. ?
Not bad, at least I can make it for a 1cm enhancement which is actually pretty good. LOLLLL~
FYI, 1cm diff = 1 cup size.
I’ve just started on the BustUp drink and there’s no visible difference so far.
That’s all for my review on Kinohimitsu!
If I were to recommend one “flavour”, Kinohimitsu’s BB drink is actually the best so far, having visible effects. It’s suitable for all ages, but it’s only available online or in Watsons from what I see. The rest of the flavours, you can get it from major pharmacies and supermarkets.
Price-wise, the BB drink is actually way cheaper if you get it online even after shipping fees (works out to less than $3 SGD/bottle) from websites like Qo010 and the Kinohimitsu Official SG Website.
However, it has been out of stock online for quite sometime…
During my recent Taiwan trip, we tried finding it in Taiwan hoping it might be cheaper there – after all, the bottles were labeled that they were Made In Taiwan. Despite our effort, it’s nowhere to be found – whether it’s in beauty chain stores or small random shops. Some of the sales assistants in the stores never even heard of Kinohimitsu. ?
I also tried messaging Kinohimitsu in Singapore asking when will the stock arrive but received no response.
Those that are interested can get it from Watsons in Singapore (promotion) – which retails for $31.90 SGD for the 10’s ($3.19 SGD/bottle) for the time-being.
If you really wish to save or purchase in bulk like me, you can head to Singaporeans’ all-time-favourite shopping heaven – Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The Watsons in Malaysia sells in boxes of 16’s and 30’s which makes it about $2.70 SGD/bottle.
UPDATE:
Kinohimitsu is back on stock on Qoo10! For the BB drink, it’s going for $49.90 SGD/20 bottles = $2.495 SGD/per bottle! However, it’s limited to 2 boxes a day (which means 40 bottles). For the J’pan BustUp drink, it’s also going for $49.90 SGD/20 bottles. For this one, it’s limited to 3 boxes a day (which means 60 bottles).
There’s a shipping fee of $3.50 SGD. For purchase above $60 SGD, however, delivery via Qxpress is free!

November 20, 2016Hi! Quoted from their website; “all our products are manufactured in the same and halal-certified factory. For pregnant lady, we’d recommend them to consult with doctor before starting any supplement product, as there could be different changes in hormonal and physiological for every pregnant lady.” Do contact them directly if you have any doubts. ?
